    Default advice/help needed with psp 1003 and gen-b

    i got this for my son but i think whoever flashed it with Gen-b did a bodge job and it is not right. i see there is the latest Gend3 am i right, is it easy to upgrade from genb to gend3?

    been out of the psp scene for ages so am totally without clue.

    answered my own question, i found a downgrader which let me install the official sony f/w, all sorted and working now ~

    hey det..I need some advice..my mate passed me his kids psp said it keeps crashing..he said he's had it *fixed* with a pandora battery before..what do I need to get it reflashed and back working again?

    it depends on what they used on the pandora mem stick, what files they had. the ones i used to use were one of the best out there. i sold all my kit a while back but a mates still got it, if you get stuck you can send it to me and i can re-flash with my old pandy

    failing that, i cannot remember what downgrader i used but i will have a look tonight to see if i can find it m8 , using this might fix the crashing issues.

    mc, ive looked all over my hard drives and backup disks and can i fook find the downgrader. ive searched the net and cannot remember any of the sites but ill keep looking for you m8.
