Tomtom XXL

Just been given a brand new XXL.

Problem is it doesnt go past the tomtom start up screen.

When i remove the files and leave the folder plug it into to tomtom and update it. it seems to work untill i come to setting the time. after that it crashes and i end up with the same problem

any1 got on ideas

Did anything work when you first got it, have you tried adding anything to it & was it unused when you got it ?

no when i got it, it had the same problem.

Turns on and stays on the tomtom logo screen and as soon as i fix it. it fuks up when it gets to setting the time.

p.s theres a lot of its in that

What version of Navcore is on it ?
This should be an original download link for v9.053 (but cant test it on my Tomtom)

Make a full back up copy first - then try deleting everything except for the map folder & folder named zip, then add the above version & try it. You'll find that a few other folders are missing - such as voices (& Help if it's on your tomtom) & maybe some files / folders in the loquendotts folder, but you can add them from your back up copy once you have tested this one to see if it all works. If it doesn't work, restore the back up copy & try contacting Tomtom support.

Same thing happens mate. All looks to be working fine untill i come to set the time. as soon as i set it. it crashes and restarts. proper fuking me off
