two wireless pads one works ok and the other is a bit dodgy and not sure if I have the battery pack thing for one of them so - One working wireless pad and one other am not sure about

As title - the console is banned from live but works absolutely fine - not had rrod or been fixed in any way - dash is updated to latest one.
