If I call a mobile on the 02 network from my mobile and the person I'm calling is abroad, will I get a different ringtone like I would landline to landline?

Another stupid question too....
If I SMS someone abroad will they get it pretty sharpish, or will it take a cpl of hours to get there?

Aha...wondered if the various companies held international messages on their SMS servers and slowly released them for delivery...
