Lloyds Bank Accounts Hacked?

I work a few doors away from Lloyds bank and so far today I've had 5 customers in saying that they've had £200 taken out of their accounts by some loan company. I'm not sure if it's specific to this branch or what, but it sounds like a few people have been done. Im near wolverhampton. Worth checking your accounts if you're with them.

...if they have been hacked it's probably the customers fault anyways..phishing..responding to dodgy emails etc.. etc.. BA-AH!

She should call Lloyds Telephone banking and lodge a complaint of Fraud. They HAVE to chase it up. They simply cannot say they can't do anything.

I wasn't sure how to word it i guess hacked is the Wrong word. Still it seems like a few people have been done, all from a loan company and all around the £200 mark

it certainly is strange that you've seen 5 people with the same issue.. I would suspect it may be something local going on rather than mining off the net or whatever..

I check my account regulary, did it this morning and checked again after I read your thread.. northin out of the ordinary here.
