Hi,
Just got me hands on a iphone 4 with the firmware 4.0.2. Am I right in thinking that this can't be jailbroken yet?

correct. Look out for mention (soon) of the SHAtter exploit, which is promising to be as good as the old 24k pwn.. if not better.
