Makes me wonder how people can actually do these this cheap. I have a large format printer and the biggest Ive done is 20"x30" (front face size) with 18mm thick stretcher bars and the cost of materials alone is about £15 and its about £5 to deliver on top of that. I do use genuine ink, satin cotton canvas and tongue and groove fir stretcher bars. The price on his site for a 20"x30" is £12.94 delivered!!!. So it seems a very good bargain to me.

ok, received today, £4.45 for A4 inc P&P

Build quality is good. (little bit of slack on the canvas but I can live with that)
Photo quality............. never had one done before so I was little dissapointed but I understand now your not going to get premium gloss 250gsm quality

I`m going to order 2 or 3 of the 24" by 36" for xmas gifts for folk (£20 a pop inc P&P cant be beat)

    Overall I`d give it 8.5/10

Just on the 'slack' on the canvas, does it have plastic or wooden wedges in the corners on the back of the canvas?
If so you can hammer these in to tighten the canvas up.
