i listed some stuff on ebay,

the winning bidder has a paypal address from malaysia.

i said in the listing uk postage and also outside ok if agreed in advance

i replied :

I see you bid and won the weber dcnf 40 carbs.
Are you requiring these to be shipped to Malaysia or UK ?

then i sent another message after misinterpreting parcel2go commercial invoice requirements:

Correction regarding postage, the couriers require more than one parcel to ship outside UK and also a commercial invoice so it looks like I cannot ship to Malaysia.

then i did a second chance offer to the next bidder with:-

Hi there, The winning bidder was from malaysia despite me asking for contact before non UK shipping. So these are up for offer, if you still interested in these? cheers

i think ive jumped the gun as the winning bidder may reply and ask to be shipped to a uk address.

where do i stand and should I / can i withdraw the 2nd chance offer? or should i msg the guy i sent the 2nd chance offer to and ask him to hold fire until i get confirmation?

man this ebay stuff sucks!

the other thing that i dont understand is that i have '1 sold' and '1 active'. in the status, but i only listed 1 item.

the second chance guy has replied with an offer which puts the ball in my court.

im still unclear on the status of the first offer though. i want to cancel it as i dont want to ship to malaysia, the bidder and i didnt agree it, i dont want to get lumbered with shipping charges. but what if he comes back and says ship to uk?

advice / opinions appreciated....

Had similar before and went second chance offer. If the Malaysia guy pays just refund and if he opens dispute just state you made mention the advert made clear UK only postage....

Would leave it like that to be honest mate...
