My old man has the above phone and cracked the screen.

I ordered a replacemnet screen off ebay and fitted it however the display has dark lines goinf through it, almost like a shutter effect across the full screen but every couple of lines is lighter then a darker section.

Aby ideas why this might be the case ?

Faulty LCD or lose connection ?

I would put the fault in this order of probability

1. bad connection
2. bad copy lcd
3. faulty lcd
