What you lot doing for bonfire night? we are having a family fireworks party with food just for immediate family.

just thought id let you know about these guys: http://epicfireworks.com/

    and especially this pack: http://epicfireworks.com/index.php?m...roducts_id=261

they are a good set of lads and you get some decent freebies with the high end packs. i got one of the above plus black powder pack, ammo rocket pack 2 and a few more bits. well worth a visit to their headquarters near sheffield.

well chuffed with this lot, opened all the boxes to have a look and well impressed with quality of fireworks. its only cost me £40 too :0) everyone else in the family chipped in for fireworks and food, still got £120 left for food.

what do you lot have for food on bonny night? im thinking of going to netto or morrisons and getting some of those massive hot dog sausages. people might turn theit nose up at netto but the hot dogs are one of the best ive tasted in a while.

all in all it will have cost me and the missus about £40, we can have the party at home and twice as much food. if we had gone to a proper display you can spend more than that so well happy.

you can see them before you buy on the epic website, plus ive been going there for the last 5 years m8 and they are one of THE best fireworks ive ever let off.
lets put it this way, try a supreme rocket pack - the effects are as good as other peoples rockets who sell for £50 each and the supreme are only £12 per pack.

we got a guido at £99.99
and black powder pack at £295
plus a couple of ammo boxes of rockets.

some are for the community center near us, was going to go to theirs but we decided to have one ourselves.

i recommend supreme rockets and a black powder pack. and if you like big bangs get some echo bombs - they are only legal because they put some colour in them. we let one off yesterday and the whole neighbourhood came out to see wtf was going on.

like i said above its better if you put together with someone else - it can be an expensive thing. theres about 8 of us coming to ours and we all put at least £40 towards.

but lighting them is half the fun

the best bit is when you get bored 3 hours later and start rocket wars

if you only knew m8, a few years ago we tried making our own bombs and sufface to say i do not know to this day how we did not kill ourselves. our first attempt was with half a bag of nitrate with deisel and a bit of petrol and some other stuff and we lit it by hand - i shit you not. once we saw what it did to the ground we fucked that idea right off.

stevo25 m8, look at the link for the guido pack its £99 and pisses all over the jtf £99 selection box.

with guido you get 2 MASSIVE selection boxes with display barrages included plus some really good rockets - 1 of which sky thriller is one of the best ive ever used.

Been yesterday to the epic head office and they are selling out fast this year - they re-located from batley to near sheffield and its made them buisier than ever, just a heads up people in case your struggling where to get some good fireworks this year.

and if you can visit them to pick up in person you get some free sky thriller rockets which are fantastic.

also just to add, they use flash powder in 99% of their fireworks - more bang for your buck

Were all having a family fire like we have done for some 30+ years , great family get together ,this year though a little twist instead of 250 quid on fireworks we have all upped it to 750 ,i like the look of those epic packages , but im after the show stopper the biggest bang , we used to use Wako Big Bomb which set car and house alarms of for miles but now there banned in this country and we cant twist our regular suppliers arm to get some ,so if any1 has suggestions to any other id be well greatful , remember a big bang and display , ill buy a grenade if i have too lol, thnx big3
