I once worked worked with a true gypsy for about 3 years and ill tell you what he was a great lad, we had a right laugh at times and he often bought me breakfast or dinner depending on time of day. they hate some of the travellers. i got on with his dad and brothers plus some other lads from the local gypsy camp at wakefield. its like anything in life you get good and bad, unfortunately the bad gypsys are proper bad - i can tell you a story or 2 about them but i wont.

its the ones popping into your garden and nicking your shit when your not looking or out that i hate.

They are not all bad m8, i do see your point but the ones i got on with were decent and have since bought a house in normanton and got out of the camp. and yes his dad owned a factory and paid tax but not on everything

gypos had invaded our area years ago and was drinking in our pub. the lads started to cause trouble by fighting with everyone and genrally being dicks.

The locals had enough and took shotguns to the camp and started shooting at the caravans. Warned them and went on their way.
Next night the older ones came to the pub and dragged the younger ones there and made them say sorry to everyone they had caused trouble with.

So the moral is take a shootgun to the camp and shoot away.

we had a massive 30-35 caravan load turn up near too a house I used too live in they ransacked the estate and surrounding area for 2 weeks until the big family's from the area had enough they came and spoke too loads of young lads and men got around 150 strong crew up all masked and tooled up we ran in there camp at 1 am in the morning smashed a few cars and caravans up did a few of them in and left telling them we would be back soon if they didn't move on...
