Do people not get done for piracy on iOffer

I was looking through iOffer today and all I see in th DVD, TV and Movie section is knock off nigels.

Selling TV shows "without sleeve or artwork" such as boy meets world, WWF/WWE Episodes etc.

How do they get away with this?

Surely the anti piracy squad/ customs and excise would be on to them?

Can someone shed some light on this for me?

Most people on there are from the far east, they sell on ioffer, then go and purchase the item from a market then ship. I'm surprised iOffer hasn't been closed down but I doubt enforcement organisations will even attempt prosecuting someone in China.
