Looking for a favour regarding an iPhone
Hey boys and girls, basically a friend of mine in the UK is going to be upgrading his phone at the end of the month and he's giving me his old one, an iPhone 3Gs.
The thing is the glass of the screen will need replacing at it is cracked at the top right corner. The phone works fine though, touch pad, everything are ok, I saw it when he was here in the summer and know this first hand.
Basically what I want to do is tell him to send the phone to one of our resident DF iPhone gurus so they can replace the screen for me then send it over with registered post. Doesn't have to be a courier, Royal Mail Airmail will be fine (signed for).
I will of course cover the cost of a screen replacement and getting the phone sent over with Paypal.
Let me know what you can do for me guys. This is not a first come first serve request by the way, I will be using discretion about who I send my iPhone to absolutely free...
