1st time dad

Ok so I'm the most chuffed person in the world! Despite tonight watching my beloved Bristol rugby get beaten in the play-off finals so we don't get promoted into the guiness premiership I'm still smiling. & I tell you why, because today me & my mrs went for our 1st scan on our 1st baby, lil fella was all waving arms and legs from what I could see & were due around the 11th of december, never been so proud in my life & nothing could bring me down right now

he gunna break ur heart many times and the wife will not like the girls he brings home...
i got 1 of each a son 6 a daughter 11. and i would not change a thing...my wife & i took 9 years to get pregnant .it took 3 atempts at IVF at a cost of 3.5k ago but it was worth every penny....even the years of problems & test we had.well worth it naterel way or not...i would love more...Now im 42 i still woulde...lol

Know it's definately got two arms and two legs after the scan & that makes me happy.
Lil bugger really wouldn't stay still tho to be measured for dating.
Like to think it takes that after me.... Awkward bugger haha

I was just about to say that. women that are preggers are fuking awful.
Crying, shouting and then next minute they dont understand why ur pissed off.

to be fair though, the second the little one turns up you will forget everything. best feeling ever.

We had our first scan thursday of last week and we're due on the 30th november. Great feeling watching it moving around isn't it? Whoever came up with ultrasound scanning is a fuckin genius.

Make the most of the time you have left m8, although its the best thing in the world and i wouldnt change a thing, once the little one is born it will test how strong your relationship is aswell as deprive you of sleep...
I thought i would be ok with the sleep thing but i have discovered that broken sleep is a bitch as some of my friends have discovered too. lol
Enjoy every minute mate as time seems to fly at a alarming rate once they are born...
My son is nearly two and i have no idea where them two years have gone its been that quick.

It must be that Time realy does fly when you're having fun.

Right yesterday was a real "what the fuck!" day.
The mrs has been having some real bad pelvic pain as some expectant mothers do so we took her to the hospital to hopefully get some decent pain relief. After a few tests a rather shocked looking doctor came back in the room and told us that the mrs was actually in labour! By 20-30 little "Harry" was born weighing no more than 2lb & 10oz. He's been taken straight to intensive care unit on an incubator but the lil fella has got a good fighting chance. Going back to hospital to see them in a bit.
