      Default Aptbackup has deleted all my apps.

      Just upgraded to 4.1 today and JB with Limera1n.
      After this all my apps were still there. Just installed Cydia and Aptbackup and done a restore with it and it has deleted ALL my apps apart from built in ones and ones from Cydia.
      Anyone else had this?

      Very strange.
      Just had a look at the summary in iTunes for my phone and the 'other' section is now 3.9GB, which roughly equates to the apps I had installed.
      They are on there, but just not visible.
      Ah well, restore here we come.

      Waste of money for me Aptbackup. I had to reinstall all my Cydia apps from scratch

      It's free. . . . I have never had any problems with it, iphone 3g or iphone 4
