Got the update at around 14:30 on a legit console and it has worked fine

done now, once it fails, restart your box, should start ok then, well it would of had your 360 not just gone to the wall

More than likely your now flagged for the ban hammer, check your secdata, if it comes back as clean you maybe ok but im certain it will say ap25 challenge failed meaning ban hammer.

Attempting to load fable 3 = xbox being flagged for ban, use XVal_v2.0 and check your secdata, it will probably say ap25 challenge failed sending this info to M$ no one knows for sure it means you will be banned but it looks increasing likely you will be, seems people who tried to play it are sending info to M$ that they have custom firmware sorry to be the bearer of bad news mate

AFAIK it's attempting to load Fable 3 with the new dash that's the problem.
Only Fable 3 is confirmed to have these new checks to work with the new dash, which when the game fails to boot leaves the message "AP2.5 challenge fail" in your secdata.

Any other games (with no new AP2.5 check in the game xex) will still work as normal, but it's presumed all newer games will require an update etc, cat and mouse...

Do what tigro says above and cross your fingers, but I think you've just been marked. (one of your boxes anyway haha!)

We need to start compiling a list of tested games on new dash theres a few on another forum i sometimes go on but I havent confirmed them 100% myself yet
