Can I run Remote Desktop without a password?

I need it to work without a password within the LAN but require one for WAN connections. The logic being I don't have a keyboard for my media center so can't get passed the welcome screen when I'm actually using it.

Might need tweaking for your OS, and not sure how it affects other accounts in terms of passwords.

Thanks for the replies. I have remote desktop running without a password internally but I want a password to be required externally. I use VNC as well as remote desktop but it is a lot slower and sloppier in comparison.
