Java Permissions Problematic.

I tried to find a thread that may have already touched on this without success. Basically When I repair Permissions using the Disk Utility I get roughtly 30 permissions to do with java that are always needing changing I was wondering if this was just me or if it was common and I was also wondering how to fix it? Thanks
