    Default Covering letter and advice

Going to apply for the TechGuys in the local PCworld Store.

As you know my grammer is terrible but I type as I speak So i know i need some help here.
Anyway back to the job, I can do this job I know I can but I haven't the qualifications.
I have Worked in IT freelance for 7 years + by advertising in local papers etc and doing PC repairs etc etc through that. But would like a set Salary job now, in these times.
What can i do and how do I write a covering letter?
My CV needs tailoring and have been reading some tips on here and will implement them but what key words do they like in this job? I can do charm when im confident. But any advice will be great!

    Cheers

For starters post your CV up on here.

For starters make sure you use a spell check (and have it set to UK English, not US) and don't refer to yourself in the first person.

Have a look on here as well it's mainly aimed at graduates but the basics are easy to pick out and are applicable to all:
