hdd loader help please

hi can anyone help with the most simplest way of getting the wii to run hdd loader
the wii is softmodded already to run special discs
i have a small hdd and enclosure so all peices needed are there

I use configurable USB loader no problem. It works with CIOS249. Here are the steps off the top of my head to get up and running.

1. Download the loader and forwarder from here; http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=147638

2. Download Multi-Mod Manager from here; http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=208281

3. Copy MMM to the APPS folder in the root of your SD Card. (The location should then be something like (Drive):\apps\mmm\(This folder will contain the files, inc boot.dol)

4. Copy Config USB Loader WAD into the WAD folder on SD Card.

5. Copy Config USB Loader Forwarder WAD into the WAD folder on SD Card.

6. Put SD into Wii, power on and start HBC.

7. Start Multi-Mod Manager.

8. Select WAD Manager.

9. Find the Config USB Loader WAD and with the action set to Install, begin Install.

10. Go back and do the same for the forwarder.

You should now have Config USB Loader as a channel and can launch it once a correctly formatted HDD is inserted.

I followed the above instructions and cant get the forwarder channel to run, it goes into the screen allowing me to press start but after a couple of seconds it goes back to the main menu, i can load games from the hdd by running the usb loader file from the HBC but this is a bit of a pain to load the games up, anyone got any ideas where i'm going wrong?

Sorted it out, i had the wrong dol file on the card
