they were yesterday but they only had limited stock and it was instore only they all sold out within minutes

The argument "I sold mine on Craigs list" doesn't hold water since that's a private sale and not a retailer, also of course this is not the USA

Sorry. I just recalled seeing the "Maxx" issue on MacRumours. i.e the company stocking iPads cheaper. They've obviously decided to try the same stunt here.

apparently there were a few ipads at each store at £100 under the RRP for wifi 16 & 32gb models. It was the top deal on HUKD but it has expired today so i pressume they sold out.

I got mine 32Gb from Viking Direct (8% cashback with quidco) and a further 5% discount with viking themselves. I also got a £10 itunes card (x2 for some reason should have been 1) and a box of biscuits lol....

all in about £430 ish...
