    Default internet explorer problem

Very rarely use i/e anymore. But opened it up for the first time the other day and it created a new html link in the start menu saying "Get free registration codes". If i delete it every time i start i/e it appears and i/e crashes. I have looked at the link properties and it points to the i/e.exe but with freshdevices.com on the end.

Can't seem to find any info about it and no anti-spyware or anti-virus is seeing anything different.
