Mate had something similar to this about a year ago, he ordered American Gangster and got The Waltons. Think someone gets bored of the job at Play!

I remember when I did grocery shopping online about 5 years back, ordered a lot of stuff and if its not in stock they send you the nearest alternative which must be chosen by computer, as I ordered 3 Cumberland Sausage rings and got 3 Cumberland Pies instead. They were no good for breakfast!
