Apple Speed up your 3G (kinda)

    Add this repo http://hitoriblog.com/apt/
Search for Fakeclockup and install, It adds a fakeclockup option in settings and makes your animations load up quicker.

(works on all iphones not just 3G)

You need to add that link in Cydia> Sources mate, then search for Fakeclockup.

Thats quite amusing, even the animations to delete an App has speeded up so all the icons wobble at high speed

Shame the apps themselves aren't quicker, but the effect is great

I've actually taken this off mine.
It was good at first but after a day or two noticed apps would hang for a good few seconds before any activity.

Took it off and all back to normal.

Not sure if the problem was indeed the app, but seems to be better without it.

It's only a perceived speed increase. All animations are sped up as it cuts down on the number of frames used per animation.

The apps themselves still take the same length of time to open.

Nice effect but wasn't for me, not like the phones slow anyway.

i do and it doesn't but it makes it feel even snappier. Took it off to see

    a) if it affected battery life
    and
    b) if I would miss it

and I had to put it straight back on after 24h.
