    RNS:
    http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/2011012...yr30885x1l.pdf

So the ELF is what intrests me here.
I first was in RRL for a quick buck now im seeing more and more this is defo one for the long haul. With this new ELF there is clearly a beleif in Range and its board, assets and future direction.
Im thinking stick it out for the long haul and try to pick up a few pockets of profit here and there.

Lets hope with this we see double figures by the end of the week

Well ive got 8k in at the moment and making or loosing about 1000 a 1p. (avg is 7.92)
I was going to try and take some profit till april 5th then go long.
Whats the process of isas and shifting over current holdings?
    Is it worth me doing.
If rrl goes anywhere above 16p before april 5th im gna have some cgt on my hands at the moment im no where near my limit about 1200 at most

You must sell any holdings and rebuy within an ISA. There is no way to transfer them into the ISA wrapper. However some stockbrokers may offer you a service whereby you are guaranteed to buy them back at the same price you sold them at if you are worried they may increase in value between the sell and the buy. Call your stockbroker and ask what your options are The point of this is that any CGT is realised from the sale of your capital holdings before moving them into a tax-free wrapper.

iii will do a transfer, I'm about to sort this out now:

I can confirm that a customer is able to transfer shares between their ISA and Trading accounts by initiating a Bed and ISA transaction.
Interactive Investor offer a Bed and ISA service which enables a customer to sell shares they currently hold outside of an ISA wrapper and repurchase them so they can be held inside an ISA.

When a customer initiates a Bed and ISA transaction, the shares sold must be repurchased inside the ISA wrapper immediately, a customer can usually select to purchase either the same, or different shares, however the options available to the customer at the time of the Bed and ISA transaction can vary.

If a customer would like to take advantage of Bed and ISA then they would need to do so by contacting our Investment Accounts department by telephone to ensure the correct number of shares are bought and sold instantly.

Through a Bed and ISA a customer will only incur the commission cost when they sell the shares and not when they are repurchased.

Therefore for UK equities the cost to Bed and ISA would be £10 for UK stock or £15 for US or European stocks.

The point of the 'Bed and ISA' must be to buy back within the ISA at the same price as you sold out, it looks like the term for the process I mentioned.

    Not quite the same price:

    Sold 96425 @ 8.77 8447.35
    Bought 95585 @ 8.84 8447.32

So lost a few but it was done immediately, better than selling, waiting 6 days to get the money back in my bank, to then move into the isa and re-buy. I expect the next 6 days to push the price up. No CGT to worry about, I'm now hoping to leave these, I've set a target of £1.30 which will pay off my mortgage, end of year maybe ?

    Hmm i seeee intriguing times.
Im thinking open up an isa and as theres no charge for inactivity hold out for a bit try and take a profti from rrl with my current investment like i was plannign to do then any profits transfer in to isa and but back on a retrace news dependant.
Just tryign to maximise my tax efficency and yes very risky could COMPLETLY back fire on me if rrl goes bad but thats not gna happen.... ahem i hope lol

I did plan to do something similar, I think within the next month RRL will rise, double at least I'd think. This would definitely push me over my CGT allowance, which is why I've done it now rather than later, there's certainly a good chance that after a few RNS's you could sell, then buy back in the ISA cheaper, especially if you sell on a spike just after the news.

I'm in it for the long haul now, just hoping I can hold until my target price, if everything goes to plan then this could be the life changer

DYOR, I'm probably expecting too much from RRL
