Blackberry Curve 8520 - Sealed in box

Got a brand new Blackberry Curve 8520 sealed in original box. It says T-Mobile UK on the side of the box so presuming it is locked to that network.

It was an unwanted upgrade hence the T-Mobile on the side of the box. Obviously this model has been out for some time but I've had it for around 8-9 months.
Warranty I'm sure is 1 year but don't know if its transferable

Looking for £110. Will listen to sensible offers.

Yep, the phone is mine been laying around here for ages and an assumption that because it has T-mobile on that it's locked to them etc.

This causes me to raise my eyebrows and get me suspicious.

You seem evasive on it's history.

How did you come across it ?
How old is it ?
Warranty ? etc etc.

These are the sort of things I'd expect to see along with photos etc.
