    Default chipped Wii

    Hi guys

I got my kids wii chipped ages ago, and all worked fine with copied games. Then after a software update it didn't and now only plays original games. ( bad I know!)

Is there a way ( without chipping) of getting back to allowing copies to be played???

It sounds to me like you have been ripped off. There is no chip that I can remember that completely stops working after a wii system update.
I would guess your machine was softmodded and you were charged for a chip.
However, all is not lost, its easy enough to re-softmod, just fllow the stickes as Possy said.

If you have updated to 3.e ir above you need to go on e- bay or a second hand shop and get a copy if Indiana jones Lego 1

Then your controlling your own destiny

Well If you cant find the stickies, you could try here http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=207126

I personaly rather like the Modmii method and can recommend it. However, I would be going back to whoever "said" they had chipped it and kicking off.
