Default Not so easy BIOS update.

I'm trying to find the BIOS or an update for a Motherboard I cannot Identify.

There are no obvious markings on the board itself and the company that built the machine have no longer got any BIOS updates available on their site.

This computer is a Packard Bell iStart 1269.
The BIOS is AMI v02.59 with the release date of 08/24/06
The Motherboard ID according to AIDA32 =
    Motherboard Properties
    Motherboard ID 63-0100-000001-00101111-082406-RC410$RC410-M
    Motherboard Name Unknown
Using SiSoftware Sandra Lite, there is a lot of sections mentioning [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. But no model number.

Can anyone help to identify a BIOS Update for this board?

    Getting somewhere.
It apparently is a RC410-M v2 that is used in this Packard Bell, HP have a Media Centre that use it and MSI have RC410-M too.

Are these boards the same and the BIOS will work? I'm guessing yes?

So, I updated the BIOS using HP's version. I figured if anyone got it right, it'd be them. Everything went smoothly and I've updated to a version past what the PB iStart 1269 supports. (v03.24) and they only issue was the Sound driver stopped working.

I knew it was a Realtek, but it decided to change the ID to an ATI IXP AC'97 Audio Device. Installed Realteks and it works a treat. The joyous thing now is Windows 7 is activated on Computer that never supported Vista, let alone Windows 7.

Top stuff. The only other issue is on boot, it mentions HP in the Copyright information.Bothered!

Jobbed. (Cheers for your help lads! )
