iPad 2 stock.

Are there any about ? I tried my luck last time and got one at a Currys store in Bristol, 3 days after launch. Seems there aren't any anywhere at the moment. Has anyone seen stock anywhere ? Currys/PC World aren't doing their stock checker like they did last time, so I can't even aim for a localish store in the hope they might have one. Only after a 16GB Wifi model but might consider higher if I find one available.

Try comet mate, got mine from there on launch day. Didn't have to queue, they gave me a reservation slip.

From my travels on saturday (looking for a case) I found that comet, PC world and currys digital were selling them but out of stock. Loads of mobile phone shops had iPad 2 posters but have had no stock of iPads or accessories. I think best buy are stocking them but there is a shortage apparently so supplies were probably strictly limited to keep up the hype.

Comet online have models in stock..delivery is 1 to 5 days though.

Yeah i just noticed that too..but the white 32gb is £479 and delivery is 1-5 days..treat yourself!

Went into comet they only had old ipads on display and my absolute hatred of electrical superstore sales people took over and I couldn't bear to ask. I think I will probably wait for stock at apple.
