When life pales into insignificance..

Condolences from me and my family here too mate, I lost someone close (a friend) not too long ago and as you say everything like mortgage/bills/enemies etc all just seems like so much bollocks.
I get the same feeling as that funnily enough when i watch programs about the Universe and how small and insignificant we all really are. Just a dot in space............ Keep your head up mate

Condolences mate. Tough time in life to deal with this sort of thing. All we can ever do in life and death is leave a legacy... sometimes good, sometimes bad, depending on the individual, and for you to post this on here shows you're thinking of him.

My parents are getting on for their 80's and I'm dreading that 'time'.. but who knows, I could go before them, nothing's certain in life and as you say, life is precious.

Hope after the fuss of funerals etc, you can slowly build your life back up and remember the good times. The family around you now will help, go for a walk with the kids, took mine out today to see the lambs. Enjoy the little things that make life liveable, the love and the laughter.
