Default This Case Turns Your iPhone 4 Into An Underwater Camera

iPhone sure is a classy and beautiful device but it is also as delicate as classy it may be. iPhone 4 has a glass front and back which means it can be as useful as a paperweight if you end up dropping it. On the other hand, water can just as easily take your phone’s life.

If you had owned any other phone which you ended up dropping in the water, you’d immediately remove the battery. Since you can’t (easily) do that with your iPhone, you could try letting it dry the old school way by putting it in the bag of rice. This may take 2-3 days for your phone to dry up. Since that’s a lot of time and may still not completely protect your device, you would really want to make use of something better than that. Fortunately, there is something better and it’s called RainBallet waterproof case for iPhone 4.

The waterproof case for your iPhone protects your phone from sand and water. It also comes up with ‘Sharpvue’ lenses which let you take photographs underwater. Though you can use your iPhone underwater but the case can only do as much as saving your phone from dying. So concentrate more on swimming while you’re at it and not on the phone.

The case is also designed to pass the sound easily and comes only in $40 which is a price worth paying to save your phone from such major damage.

Oh and check out the hilarious video demo:

Fixed your pics, looks a quality bit of kit that. I think I'd get one if I still had an iPhone.

    original site here ... http://www.thejoyfactory.com/rainbal...tm-design.html

some really good looking products on that site.

I myself use an aquapac bag for electronics. Bought it so I could use my kindle in the bath but use it for general protection on holiday now for phones etc. Touch screens work fine and you can make calls through it. Supposedly submersible to 5m but I've done no more than a little dip test.

Redmondpie are a bit funny about hotlinking. Case looks a bit chunky for permanent use but good for holidays.

it is a sexy looking case, but if its simply to keep the phone dry when around water, you can get an iDry for a tenner....
