Any electricians in?

Hi guys, I have been accepted to start my 2330 part 2 this September at college and I am just looking for some pointers to things It might be worth me researching to help me get the best start I can on the course as this is all new to me. I am assuming that getting up to scratch on essential maths for electrical installation is a must, can anyone recommend a guide or a companion book for this course. I will be studying in evening class and following it up with part 3 next year. Cant wait to get my life started again, will be 31 when i qualify.

I'd double check with your college regarding to your level 3 because as far as I'm aware next year is the final year for the 2330 due to government changes.
Our local college have done level 2 year 1 and 2 in one term this year because of this otherwise we would of never had the opportunity for level 3.
