    Default help with retaining information

    Guys

I have some very important exams coming up next month ( will help with me going limited company should I pass)

I am asking for any hints or tips on retaining the information. I never used to have a problem in my youth school days, but the older I get the harder I find it. Probably due to hectic home life and stressful work.

any tips on this would be great. I currently have shares in post it notes coz I far too many alpha moments and as soon as i learn so much, it goes from the memory for something else.

    I used to:

    a. Type out the stuff i needed to a Word doc (questions and answers, or just the facts/formulas), print it out and continue to read and test myself for days/weeks.

    b. Record your voice reciting the questions/amswers to your phone/PC/CD and play at at every opportunity ie in the car, on the bus, out walking, before going to bed, in the bath etc etc etc etc

Other lads use to make 'crib cards' same thing as a bove but written to cards you then tested yourself.
