There are 3 types of people in the world - those who make things happen, those who watch things happen; and those who wondered what happened.

Headline news in Scotland...
One thing that confuses me over all this super injuction stuff, is how is someone not in the media loop ie twitter user who here I rumour to know their is an injuction protecting their identity when the fact the the person who has the injuction can not be named....
I glad some one is stading up against the miss use of these by the rich...
Red crosses here.
Who's the celebrity being sued? Surely we can mention that?
All the press & TV are saying the paper named him though if you click through that guys pictures he has one of the article inside and theres no mention of the name.
The Mail on Sunday has a front page about one of its own and his twitter feed.
And the blog with all the injunctions published in full with commentary is still up with the bloggers uk home address telephone number etc at the side.
It makes a joke of this process and I suspect will be lifted tomorrow by the Court.

The direct link to the image actually had an expiry time coded into it, hence the red cross...
I found the twitter page myself but just thought I would mention it.
The gagging order states they're not allowed to publish any details that could lead to his identity being revealed. There was a big list off stuff they couldn't report. Stuff like current team, how old he was, previous career teams, wherebaouts he lived, where he was born etc.
This is all stupid in my mind. So let me get this right, Mr X will attempt to sue anyone who publishes / tweets / blogs anything relating to the said incident because he has done the dirty but paid for some super injunction to keep his details anonymous? If 30000000 people tweeted the couples names then would he attempt to sue all of us? And if so to what end, the details of the incident are know common knowledge so what's he going to gain by it? At the end of the day he just kicks a pig skin around for money. That is not a dig at being a famous pig skin kicker, but saying that his importance is not that high up as say a member of the royal family or politician.
Am I missing something here or is this whole incident just an abuse of money and social fame and he should be a man, admit what he has done is wrong and accept the consequences like anyone else who has had an affair.
You are only a footballer and not above the law or moral rules, grow up, grow a set and step back into the real world.
Frank Lampard posted his name the other day too, wonder if he'll be sued also.
Interesting statistic I heard on the News today -
"Up to 2 Million British Citizens are said to already know the full details of the Super Injunction."
The power of the internet is never going to be realised is it!?
What they are really saying is 3 out of 20 people in the UK, use the Internet? Idiots!
Facebook alone has almost half the population on it!.
They will soon realise that 'secrets' are too difficult to keep and scrap this 'Super Injunction' crap.
As soon as it was mentioned,
Imogen was googled more times in the past 3 months than ever before,
even when she was 'in the limelight' on BB. And not surprisingly a particular football player's interest has gone up too in the last couple of months.
Publicity stunt? I think so.
His name is plastered everywhere - it's now a GLOBAL AGE!
Quick Tip that will save you millions of pounds -

The news said this morning that the super injunction does not hold up in Scotland, lol
wit woo
Interesting front page on one of the papers who had an interview with Thomas...Headline was "Man Up and admit it is you".
Very surpsised the full headline text was all in black ink, and they didnt use a different color for the first 4 letters !
All credit to the guy though...Imogen Thomas is a scotcher of the highest order.
just heard on the grapevine, mathew corbett took out an injunction in 1989 to stop the news of the world reporting that he put 2 fingers and a fist 'up' his good friend sue!
