I have been obsessively playing with mods from ENB series, custom settings for ENB, and Icehancer's 1.2 and 1.25 beta. The game looks stunning in full fluid motion on a crowded block LOADED with cars and the blur effects with FXAA x3 just makes me orgasm with joy. All running at 1920X1080.
I can pull consistent 35 - 90 FPS with full ENB mod, a ton of extras cranked up, custom high poly cars, and several other mods.
My rig just got built 2 weeks ago, i7 960- OC to 4.2 ghz Liquid cooled, dual 570 GTX superOC SLI, 12 gb ddr3 ram, and SSD for the primary.
I haven't been this impressed with in game graphics since Crysis 1. The game is as photorealistic as it gets right now.

Just installed this from steam and I can play it smooth with all max with my current set up i7 2600k @ 4.8ghz, gtx 580(soon the be SLI hopefully) 4gb ddr3.
Now for the modding of gta to make it look like that in the pictures. Also upgrading for BF3

I couldn't run that atm tho (9600GT SLI) - am due an upgrade this year sometime methinks, but can't afford a 590!

i have had a go but it will not run correct on my rig & it aint a shit spec.(the adon makes everything bright white like over exposed.
spec.
16gb ddr3 1600
6x core 3ghz
460 gt 1024
runs all my other games full pelt.
cod , battlefield 2 ect.
