I am trying to let a property and I met the listed offer price and have good references. I have good reason to believe that the estate agents have not told the landlord about our offer. Can anyone help with how I could contact her directly?
You could knock on the neighbours doors and ask if they have contact details?
Land registry website

Cost you £4 for title register from the official government site, loads of dodgy ones charging more for same info, although this usually only has the name of the owner if it's private, if it's a company you should get a bit more info.
Yea, it's ridiculous. We viewed the property and confirmed the tenants are leaving. Then we put an offer in for asking price and got a call back saying the tenants have decided to stay and put in an offer. Now even if the landlord wanted them to try and rinse us for more money, it's been several days now and I think the landlord would happily accept the asking price (after all, she set it).
An educated guess.... 8o)
