Seconded, I'm after a Proxy to access Barclays Fantasy Football in work, they've a pretty dam good internet filter here!

Foxyproxy addon for firefox apparently lets you chose which country you want to appear to be in. A lot of overseas guys on my team's supporters forum are happy with the way it works and lets them watch the bbc online highlights and use skyplayer.
EDIT: you said iPad doh! I have no idea about those things.
