Galaxy S II V Iphone 4 and !!!

Ok Im a BIG BIG fan of all things Iphone, Ipad related and only owning these toys for a few good years I have a question.

My contract is due up with Vodafone and Im looking at the Galaxy S II handset just for a change from the Iphone 4 so............

When the Galaxy is rooted............ what ever that is, is it unlocked, hacked like the iphone Jailbreak?

If it is can you still install hush, hush apps like a jail broken Iphone?

You don't need to root to install "hush, hush apps". You can install whatever you want on the phone.

Rooting gives you super user permissions. Then you can install custom roms.

It is not that big at all there are MUCH bigger handsets out at the moment you obviously have not seen the Dell Streak

The S2 is tiny compared to the Dell Steak, the Streak is enormous. Look on YouTube, it's size is hilarious!
