Slim 360 flashing

i have no idea what all the lingo means, i have just one question
i want to buy this

what i would like to know is call all the slims be sorted now, or is there a chance i could buy it and it cant be done
and if so can you buy pre done brand new ones anywhere???

your better of buying a used 4gb slim of ebay that way you will be sure to get an liteon drive.

it wouldnt guarentee it but its more likely to have a liteon drive than a new 360 you buy of the shelf.
