BT infinity Fibre Optic - capped or FUP?

was thinking of moving over to the new BT infinty fibre optic currently on sky unlimited 20mb and never had a problem.

Just wanted to know of anyones experience with download caps or fair usage policies or any sort of port throttling?

I hammer the downloads quite alot on newsgroups and the odd torrents and never had any issues with sky, but would like a faster speed so have been considering BT.

any advice?

I believe newsgroups are ok but torrents get hammered between 6am and 12pm but I don't have first hand experience of this just going of what i have read else where

yea ive had bit of a search around and hearing conflicting reports, will be in my area within the next week and was considering switching but dont really fancy having any headaches regarding limits

Newsgroups fine - full speed since day one whenever . I dont use torrents at all but I read they are defo shaped
