She's very creative, I know she does art class's but never seen any sculptures at her house.

They are very good great modeling skills, my sister makes cakes as well and you see so many others who have bought cakes from my sister who now make cakes themselves and they are shite. The simple stuff like making the top flat and the edges square to strange looking models. Never mind the safety issues of sticking wires and other things direct in to the cake and not using the correct methods to do that.
Next weekend she is making a cake that is to mimic the chuch that the couple are getting married at, the following weekend its a 4 tier with a cascade of roses down the side.
