Hi tried a search but did not get any luck... I know peeps will have had an experience of this error code before, flash back to benq stock and tried to boot but recieves this error code. Can anyone suggest a solution, do have copies of the original drive key.

DVD Drive Error.... DVD Timeout, Wrong firmware, dvd is without f/w chip, etc. This can also be caused by the tray not being fully closed on boot. Was the drive spoofed??

It had a firmware on flashed to new version 2 but no joy so flashed to stock when error occurred is there a fix?

what drive is it mate? because they all changed firmware due to the dash update example liteon 7x/8x/9x is now 2510c, maybe u have loaded a old dump of your firmware.

So if you go into jungle flasher click benq unlock then read the firmware does the key match the key you have already? Can you not just select the original firmware as source then auto load target using the keys you already have then write

when you open your dump in jungleflasher what does it say model benq vad 6038 and ver 04421c? Also you using the latest jungleflasher and firmwares? Also are you using post 13141 m$ dash?

Have turned Xbox off after error code and drive tray won't open and when in jungle flasher cannot read disk

http://www.jungleflasher.net/downloads.html seems that you have either flashed and its not completed or just erased the firmware. Go to the link and download the tutorial and go through it that would be the easiest way

I had a 360 off a friend who's 360 was the same , he said it had never been flashed and no update done to it , he just switched it on and it gave this error , theres various things on the net about it being the connector etc or flashed wrong etc , i couldnt get jungleflasher to see it , tried all the different methods but no joy so gave him it back, was thinking with this new jtag hack he might be able to get the drive key and get a new drive ?

If the drive flashed ok and now wont work in the console or be seen in jungle then sounds like a bad flash.
Pm me if you want to send it over i'll sort it for you
