    Info what software?

hey guys, i want to start putting some cd's together

i want to be able to

    1. pitch the tunes up and down.
    2. make it so they are listed as tracks on the cd rather than one big file
    3. alter the levels etc
    4. possibly mix them togther ie have them both playing etc

whats the software i need to use , simple version stuff dont need it complicated!!!

    cheers

iTunes will meet most of your criteria. You can make a CD with individual tracks but you can adjust the gaps between, you can even make it gapless. You can adjust the volume of tracks individually as well as apply an equaliser and set the start and finish time of the track.

I use this mate for basic mixing:

    http://www.acoustica.com/dj-twist-burn/index.htm

comes in handy for them clubland type cds that you need to split and then remix so that they stay as individual tracks..
you can alter pitch and add some effects etc.. simple stuff but I like it
