this is a proper premium service that "supposedly" supports up 100Mbit/sec - so should work quite well for streaming video. Just remember that there is a "50GB data allowance per calendar month".

send a blank email to: giveawayoftheday@securitykiss.com
And they send you back an email automatically with your username and pass for your 6 month subscription.
You can then login to the control panel on their website using this and download either windows, linux client, or set it up using PPTP or L2TP etc.
