Android tablet

Hi, I`m after a cheapish android tab for the other half for Christmas. Does anyone have anything they are looking to part with?

I was hoping to pay circa £100 but a flexible given the right machine.

I have an ipad2 and dont want to spend this much on her...I think £100 is a bit OTT but I`m a nice sorta guy

Thanks for that...could be an option...is the Archos much good? She`ll be using it mainly for facebook, twitter and the web.

I`d still be happier buying from a trusted DF dude, as tha what online communities are all about...any one selling anything?

You might struggle to get a decent pad for 100 sheets. You're looking at 150-200 for a touchpad/vega/hannspad.

Cheap vega tabs do appear on eBay from time to time though.

The vega's do seem to be selling for less and less.
I missed one on AVForums that just went for £115 delivered.

the archos is a good tab and well built tab but the only thing i could not do is mod it but came to think of it did not need to
touch screen is good to if i did not get my asus for a very good price i would of not sold my archos

Have a look at this one, http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/archos...84378-pdt.html it's resistive but, but the best resistive i've ever used and nearly on a par with a capacitive screen.

the one earlier in my link i purchased two for the kids

the nipper who is six loves his but i cant seem to get the daughter interested in it at all

its about a week old all boxed and fully updated say 85 quid posted not willing to take much more of a hit on price as i might as well just keep it
