The R300 is a great stand alone printer that'll do disc printing they're available for about £30-£40 used i'd say, here's more http://www.epson.co.uk/Store/Printers-and-All-in-Ones
Edit:- Mark cd printing on the right hand side

I bought my px650 2 years ago, I'm on my 2nd CISS, The first one was a manual reset one and the clips on the top of the cartridges snapped off, this 2nd one is auto reset (press a little button on top) and is a shit load better, other thing I'd recommend is siphoning off the waste ink into a container (I was using a 500ml coke bottle with a hole in the lid and surgical tubing fed through)

It's literally just a little trap door inside the paper exit tray or at the rear of the printer with a piece of silicone tubing behind, you attach an extra piece of tubing and feed in to a bottle, it saves the waste ink pads getting used and increases the life of the printer (so I've been told anyway)

Iirc, the R models that could print to cd needed you to put the cd in a special tray and then put the tray in at the right position which would get annoying after the printer had seen some use and the point moved from it's original marking. The PX models that could print had a fixed internal tray that popped out that made life so much easier.

    Thanks to Over Carl

Ok, maybe I was wrong, I thought the 650 didn't have a tray but I know for a fact the px710 didn't have one. (guessing it's been superceeded by by the 720 mentioned above).

Worth noting some if not all of them take 6 ink carts rather than 4. Brilliant prints, but not the best if you like saving the pennies.

Good point OC, I'm using an R285 with a CISS kit but Cartridge World do compatibles that work just fine in it.
Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it
