Burning XDG2 Games using iXtreme Burner Max and Verbs - which settings to use?

hi all

been burning xgd3 games fine using burner max, verb disks with OPC on and burn at 4x.

today i am trying to burn WWE.12.XBOX360-SWAG (xdg2) using imgburn on verbatim using OPC on and 4x and getting weird results, ive tried with opc off and burn at 4x to no avail on 3 verbs.

the disk burn looks like this:





ive ran the iso through abgx and all is verified, layer break is correct etc

burner is liteon 124b

any ideas? i also tried 1 verb in clonecd and it was the same burn half way and then a ring at the outer edge

i dont want to waste any more verbs lol

Try burning at 2x, did the previous burns finish or cut out half way?

If it did finish did the disk verify ok? If it did you should be ok.

I've had same problem burning any xgd2 game on my liteon. Ended up using my pioneer 112 for xgd2 , liteon for xgd3. Wasted a few discs .
Haven't investigated the cause though

ended up rebooting and turning OPC off and burning at 2.4x, seemed to have finished fine and verified ok, burn marks on the disks seem normal again

need to try booting it up in the 360 to test it works lol

seems like c4eva has changed the write strategy on the drive for verbs to write a max 4x?
