Batman: Arkham City voice actor Mark Hamill has teased a possible sequel for the game. Hamill, who portrays the Joker in the Rocksteady Studios series, took to the stage at this year's Spike Video Game Awards brandishing a script titled Batman: Arkham World.

"Woops. Spoilers," said the actor as he accepted his award for 'Character of the Year' for his portrayal of the Batman villain.

Rocksteady Studios and publisher Warner Bros have yet to officially confirm Arkham World as a follow-up to Arkham City. However, the independent developer has promised to release more Batman games in the future.

Hamill was previously reported to have voiced the Joker for the last time, but Rocksteady later refuted this, telling Digital Spy in jest that the actor is a dirty "liar".
