Did a thread that I started on the choice of Lnb, get deleted from the satellite forum?
Not a huge deal, but if I broke the rules, I'd like to know why, for future posting.
Thanks.

Can't see anything so more details might help ie: date or rough date and confirm the section it was in.
^^
It was in the digital satelite section. Posted within the last week.
I definitely posted it. Possibly a forum glitch? It was just an Lnb comparison thread.
I just wanted to make sure I hadn't unintentionally broken any rules.
As Bb has said. It`s not been deleted but i have noticed on a few threads i have started that if you dont give it an icon the page wont publish. sometimes when i been half asleep i haven`t looked and thought it got posted.
I have just made a test post in the sat section only to get this

So unless you did submit it and it was correctly published it might have not been sent as it needed a post icon.
B3ar did something similar after upgrade few weeks back BB, if you remember I sent you a screen shot.
In the end deleting it was the only way to get rid of it.
As for the OP, prob best just to re-post it.

I've noticed a few threads disappear the last few days. Just assumed they had been deleted.
Off the top of my head one was a DF members offer of cheap hosting.
Edit: This one http://www.digital-forums.com/showth...g&goto=newpost
Threads don't just disappear they are deleted or not fully posted as stated in which case they are not seen in the first place, I find it hard to believe people post then don't even check to see if there is a posting error message but have to accept the evidence that this is the case.
The cheap hosting thread was an unauthorised advert and was deleted as such.
I have noticed the missing post icon several times before, but possibly it was a mistake by myself.
