    Help Removing signs of rooting

I've got an 11 month old Desire (G7) which I've rooted and been using with MIUI. I need to send the phone back to Three because the loudspeaker has stopped working. I've put the original Three firmware/ROM on but how to I uninstall ClockWorkMod and other signs of rooting so they don't back out of warranty claims?

I don't know how easy it is to do but I think you may have to get the rom counter reset as well. I know some handsets you can do it with software but the SGSII (for example) needs a jig device AFAIK. Depends how much they check. They may just turn it on and say "yep - that's cream crackered" but then they could also do a lot more checking.

Its pretty easy, you just need to download this http://shipped-roms.com/shipped/Brav...ase_124822.exe and install HTC Sync on your PC. Connect the phone up and then run the .exe and follow the instructions and it'll restore it to factory settings, including the boot loader. I did this with mine when I sent it back to Three.

this is a samsung specific thing. I bought a jig off ebay for a couple of quid to do my SGS2, it gets rid of the count and the yellow insecure kernel warning triangle.
